Birthday submission

After you submit this form, a customer service representative will contact you. There is a charge for announcements and this can be discussed with the representative who calls.

When the announcement appears, additional copies of the paper may be purchased from the Circulation Department by calling 219-933-3957.

You may upload a photo of the person that will be used with your announcement. It can be black and white or color (though it will only print in black and white in the newspaper). The photo MUST be submitted in .GIF or .JPG format, and CANNOT be larger than 2 megabytes in file size.
