The Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana is proud to present the 2011 Parade of Homes, Northwest Indiana's Premier New Home Tour. And in 2011, there is no charge for entry! Join us on this tour of the very latest in new homes.
There's a dream home awaiting for practically everyone from first-time owners to empty nesters. With choices that include maintenance-free environments so you never need to worry about lawn care or snow removal to single family homes that are right-sized for all of life's stages.
Along with featuring the latest designs and home building techniques, which are the hallmarks of every Northwest Indiana Parade of Homes, the tour format allows you to see many of the exciting new neighborhoods in Lake and Porter Counties.
Not only can you see what's going on with the homes and their neighborhoods, you can personally meet the builders to learn more. While it's not out of the ordinary for someone to fall in love with a Parade home and actually choose to purchase that particular home, it's actually more common for someone to find the builder they want to work with when it does come time to make a move.

Entry forms for the prizes are available at each Parade Home. Just have your entry form stamped at ten Parade Homes and you are eligible to enter. HBA Parade homes are open June 11-19, Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm and Monday through Friday 1-6pm. (Olthof Homes' Parade Homes will not be open on Sundays.) With 50 fabulous homes to tour and the chance to win a flatscreen TV, it's a good thing you have nine days to get it all done!
