Making music
I talked with Crown Point attorney Donald Wruck III, who's now the mouthpiece for former New Kids on the Block singer Jordan Knight. Knight's second solo album since leaving New Kids is out next month and he'll also appear on the MTV Music Awards Aug. 28 from Miami. Wruck said while he was in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, recently, he stopped in at Sammy Hagar's bar and noticed a plaque on the wall dedicated to Eddie Van Halen commemorating his 60 million in record sales. Wruck reminded me that there are only nine bands with more than 70 million in sales, including The Beatles, The Eagles and New Kids on the Block.
