PORTAGE | Bonner Senior Center, 5800 Lexington Ave., offers a variety of activities for senior citizens. An annual membership is $10. Participants must be 55 years or older. For information about Bonner Senior Center, call (219) 762-1522 or 762-3591.

July activities include the following:

Today: Center is closed for Independence Day.

July 5: Center is open from 11 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. for pinochle.

July 6: Center is closed.

July 7: Haircuts and yoga are at 9:45 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Choraleers rehearsal is at 12:30 p.m. Legal Aid and Social Club are at 1 p.m.

July 8: Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Dance is at 12:15 p.m. Trip to Goodwill is at 12:30 p.m.

July 9: Crafts are at 9 a.m. Visiting Nurse Association blood pressure is at 10:15 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Bridge Club and Bunco are at 12:30 p.m.

July 10: Massage is at 9:30 a.m. Trip to a Chicago Cubs game is at 10 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Bingo is at noon. Dance is at 1 p.m.

July 11: Senior Health Insurance Program is at 10 a.m. Shopping is at 12:30 p.m. Bingo is at 12:30 p.m.

July 12: Center is open from 11 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. for pinochle.

July 13: Fundraiser bingo begins with early-bird bingo at 12:15 p.m., and regular bingo at 1 p.m. Sign up for bus service.

July 14: Yoga is at 9:45 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Choraleers rehearsal and Social Club are at 1 p.m.

July 15: Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Ask An Expert is at 11 a.m. Dance is at 12:15 p.m. Trip to a fruit market is at 12:30 p.m.

July 16: Crafts are at 9 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Trip to Wal-Mart and Bridge Club are at 12:30 p.m.

July 17: Massage is at 9:30 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. The Waters of Duneland will sponsor bingo at noon. Dance is at 1 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. for the Be Thankful Club picnic, with the meal at 6 p.m.

July 18: Shopping is at 12:30 p.m. Bingo is at 12:30 p.m.

July 19: Center is open from 11 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. for pinochle.

July 20: Center is closed.

July 21: Haircuts and yoga are at 9:45 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Choraleers rehearsal is at 12:30 p.m. Social Club is at 1 p.m.

July 22: Shipshewanna trip is at 7 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Be Thankful Club meeting is at 11 a.m. Dance is at 12:15 p.m.

July 23: Crafts are at 9 a.m. Trip to Senior Day at the Porter County Fair begins at 9:30 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Bridge Club is at 12:30 p.m.

July 24: Trip to Amish Acres is at 8:30 a.m. Massage is at 9:30 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. The Willow's bingo is at noon. Dance is at 1 p.m.

July 25: Shopping is at 12:30 p.m. Bingo is at 12:30 p.m.

July 26: Center is open from 11 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. for pinochle.

July 27: Center is closed.

July 28: Yoga is at 9:45 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Miller's Birthday Bash is at noon. Choraleers rehearsal and Social Club are at 1 p.m.

July 29: Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Dance and Afternoon at the Movies are at 12:30 p.m.

July 30: Crafts are at 9 a.m. Redamak trip is at 9:30 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Bridge Club and Bunco are at 12:30 p.m.

July 31: Massage is at 9:30 a.m. Fitness is at 10:30 a.m. Bingo is at noon. Dance is at 1 p.m.
