HOLIDAY BAZAAR | St. John

Do your Christmas shopping at Crown Point Christian School’s Second Annual Holiday Bazaar from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 20 at the school, 10550 Park Place in the Gates of St. John, off Ind. 231 between Cline and Parrish avenues. All proceeds will benefit the CPCS Music Department. There will be more than 50 vendors participating, with house wares, gourmet food, children’s books, baked goods, crafts, fine jewelry, floral arrangements, plus a food court.

CRAFT SHOW | Lowell

Shop a selection of handcrafted items at the Library Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 22 at the Lowell Public Library, 1505 E. Commercial Ave. A fundraiser to support programming for all ages, the event will also feature hot dogs and soda available from the Young Adult Department and baked goods from the Children's Department.

CRAFTS & VENDORS | Lowell

Second annual Craft and Vendor Holiday Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 22 at Lake Prairie Elementary School, just west of U.S. 41 on 181st Avenue. Crafters and vendors are welcome to rent a booth for $25.

ARTS & CRAFTS | Washington Twp.

Holidaze Sell-a-bration art's and craft fair is Nov. 22-23 at the Porter county Expo. Applications are now being accepted and space is available for $100 and $125. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 22 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 23. Admission is $1.

ARTISTS MEET | Hobart

The newly-formed Deep River Artists will meet at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 24 in the meeting room of the Visitor Center at Deep River County Park, 9410 Old Lincoln Hwy. Artists enjoy demonstrations, learn new techniques, present exhibits in Wood’s Mill Gallery, learn of area classes and exhibits and offer classes to members. They also meet in the park to paint together. Some members’ works may be seen in the Visitor Center (May - October) and are offered for sale.  Artists are asked to bring to the meetings examples of their work to show and talk about - in the form of a photo or the actual artwork, if not too large. There are no dues and no registration.

ARTS AND CRAFTS | Highland

Highland Parks and Recreation Department's winter arts and craft show with vendor fair is set for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 29 and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 30 at Lincoln Center, 2450 Lincoln St. Handmade items as well as products from direct sales will be available. Applications are available at www.highland.in.gov/parks. The cost is $50 for 10-by-10 center space/show or $75 for wall space/show. Not all spaces are guaranteed electricity. Vendors must participate for both days for the full duration of the show.

EVENING WITH SANTA | Dyer

Evening with Santa will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Dec. 4 at Protsman Elementary School, 1121 Harrison Ave.  All proceeds benefit Protsman HSA and school.  Santa will be available for pictures from 6 to 8 p.m. and admission is free.

MADE IN AMERICA | Merrillville

Lake County Public Library is seeking vendors for an event called Made in America: Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 6 at the central library, 199 W. U.S. 30, Merrillville. Interested vendors are encouraged to contact the library for details. Proceeds will benefit the Friends of Lake County Public Library.

VENDORS NEEDED | Valparaiso

Alpha Tau Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda is seeking vendors

and crafters for a Holiday Fair fundraiser from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Dec. 6 in the Student Union Great Hall, Valparaiso University. Booth space is $40 for 8 x 8-foot space.Proceeds go to fund scholarships for non-traditional students attending Valparaiso University.

COOKIE WALK | Portage

First Presbyterian Church, 6225 Lute Road, Portage will hold its annual Cookie Walk from 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 13. There will be a large assortment of homemade cookies and candy for $6 a pound. There also will be nut rolls and pumpkin rolls.
