STORY

Patti Komara founded her business in 1969 and since then it has become internationally known for her gymnastics training products. School owners worldwide count on Patti’s expertise to train their staff by using Patti’s training DVDs, books, award systems, progression sheets, and gymnastics, dance, cheer, swim, and educational preschool lesson plans. It is no wonder that Patti’s All American Gymnastics has become the region’s best gymnastics facility with programs such as gymnastics, dance, cheer, karate, swim, and even camps.

Komara says, “We have a very structured, non-competitive progression program, meaning they all have their progression cards and we have group parent-teacher conferences every eight weeks and it’s a big award program as they move from one level to the next. They get trophies and medals and as the kids come up they can really see their accomplishment and all they’ve learned. It’s why we have 750 kids in gymnastics, and that’s just school-age, not including the 300 we have in preschool which is known all over the world. I’ve lectured nationally since 1981 and they are all downloadable on our website so you can see what we do. We have over 5,000 gyms in over 20 countries use my lesson plans. I started doing this when I was 16 years old.”
