While it may be hard to fathom just how many hours of work Butterfingers owner Rob Haynes has put into his thriving bakery throughout the years, it all becomes worth it when he receives a handwritten thank you note from a customer...and rest assured, he receives a ton of them. "I always say we have the nicest customers," chuckles Haynes, who opened the family owned bakery back in 1985. "It's quite a loyal customer base that continues to come back year after year." From cupcakes to croissants, this bakery continues to evolve and expand. "We started with one kind of cupcake a few years ago, and now we have 12 varieties," laughs Haynes. "It feels good to keep giving our customers what they love."
