Strack & Van Til
For decades, Strack & Van Til has been offering catering services to the region, but many people still don't know all they have to offer. Brenda Wright, catering manager, says, "A lot of people don't know that we cater, let alone that we deliver, set up, and offer full service. Our food is great quality at economical prices. We've become very popular with weddings and we serve buffet style and you don't have to exceed your budget. We have a large variety of party platters and we're known for our fast service on short notice. We have nine party packages available for people, starting at $6.99 and the most expensive is $9.99 per person."
Among Strack & Van Til's catering offerings are fried chicken, country fried chicken, rotisserie pork loin, beer battered cod, mostaccolli, sausage and sauerkraut, sausage and green peppers, bbq rib tips, certified angus beef, potato salad, tossed salad, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw, among many others. "That's what makes us so popular is that our food is exceptional," says Wright. In addition to party packages, Strack & Van Til's catering department also offers a la carte menus and appetizers, as well as carving stations. "We offer a lot of services," she says.
