"Freshly ground, freshly brewed, freshly served" - that's the mantra Dunkin' Donuts has lived by for more than 60 years.
"Our coffee beans are blended according to the Dunkin' Donuts proprietary recipe - the same recipe we used when we were founded in 1950," said Carrie Reckert, marketing contact for Dunkin' Donuts. "We always grind our coffee just before brewing, and our beans are ground to a precise level to match our coffee brewers."
The company has more than 10,000 restaurants in 32 countries - more than 500 of them in the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana. Dunkin' Donuts also has earned the No. 1 ranking for customer loyalty in the coffee category by Brand Keys for six years running, Reckert said.
"It is quite simple," she said. "At Dunkin' Donuts we are all about serving the best cup of coffee anyway our customers can enjoy it."
