With fresh seafood flown in every day, The Lighthouse gives patrons a bounty of the ocean's choices. Located on the shores of Cedar Lake, the fine dining restaurant allows diners to enjoy a view of the water while sampling steaks, seafood, burgers and pasta.
"It's very scenic here," General Manager Rich Arthur said. "Probably at least 50 percent or more of our dining area has a great view of the lake."
Known for sunset dining, The Lighthouse soon will feature an outdoor kitchen as well. By the end of May, plans are to add the kitchen to the patio area, which will allow outdoor dining for about 80, Arthur said.
