With a selection of meats, pastas, salads and more on the menu, as well as a number of daily special selections, Lucrezia's has a small-town atmosphere, but a big city selection that changes with each growing season and keeps them evolving. Owner Nada Karas says, "I'm very proud that we don't skimp or cut corners. Our food is freshly made, it doesn't come from corporate, we are an independent, family-owned restaurant, and everything we make is from scratch, even our desert. That is one of the reasons I believe we are successful. It's fresh and simple."
"I have really trained the staff to have that attention to detail. Detail is very important. A fork has to be placed in a certain way. The cleanliness has to be there, everywhere, the dining room, kitchen, bathroom, it all comes together. I'm very fortunate that I have a staff that is family to me. They've been here, many of them since day one. Chef Alfredo and Chef Patrick have been here since the beginning and we're blessed to have the same chefs. It's important to customers who come to Lucrezia to know there are familiar faces, where our customers are acknowledged, so they come back. It's important to form relationships and it makes us stand out," Karas says.
