"We care about what the customer has to say about their experience. That's why I put my email address and phone number on every customer's shopping bag, so if someone takes the time to call or write me, I get back to them. They might have a suggestion or complaint and we want to hear them all. Over half of our customers just want to say they had a great shopping experience with us or make us aware of a great job provided by an individual associate. We encourage the feedback so we can keep on top of what is going on in our stores," says Strack.
