Han and his staff of 50 offer services including digital X-ray, dental, endoscopy, ultrasound, and surgery, with the most advanced technology available. From doctor to receptionist, everyone goes to continuing education and training.

"As a team we work together to reach the same goal: deliver the best service possible and see the dogs go home in better condition than they came in," says Han.

The boarding facility is state of the art. There is a complete air exchange every 10 to 15 minutes and there are noise-absorbing panels. Music and movies are played for the dogs, and instead of cages there are decorated compartments with suites for dogs and condos for cats, plus an outdoor facility. Care is taken to provide the best grooming possible.

Prices are moderate to make service available to more people. Han says, "I tell my staff, ‘We're not here just to collect a paycheck. We're here because we love what we're doing.'"
