‘Going green' was the initial reasoning behind the grand opening of Valparaiso's very own Once Upon a Child back in 2009. Yet, as the economy continued to falter, owners Tina Williams and sons Kevin Hutnick and Kris Williams began to see firsthand the benefits that this consignment shop has offered the community. "Every single day, we have people who come up to us telling us how much they love this store," explains Williams, who recently expanded the gently used children's clothing store to accommodate more merchandise and an ever-growing maternity section. "Every single day, we feel like we are doing something good."
