SCHERERVILLE | The next monthly meeting of the Lake County Advancement Committee will feature an economic outlook from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. Nov. 15, with lunch served at 11:30 a.m. at Teibel's Restaurant, 1775 U.S. 41.

Advance reservations are required and can be made by e-mailing Caitlin Mills-Groninger at or by calling (219) 473-4325 by Nov. 8.

The luncheon costs $20 per person. The presentation will address the 2013 economic outlook.

Anna S. Rominger, dean of Indiana University Northwest School of Business and Economics, will lead the discussion.

Also scheduled to speak are Corinne Alexander, an Extension specialist in grain marketing; Jerry Conover, who directs the Indiana Business Research Center at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business; Ellie Mafi-Kreft, clinical assistant professor of business economics and public policy; Robert Neal, associate professor of Finance in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Indianapolis; and Micah Pollak assistant professor of economics at IUN.
