Carmel-based Leo Brown Group LLC is set to break ground on a $17 million senior living community in Indianapolis next month. Plans for Traditions at Solana include several two-bedroom homes and on-site recreational facilities. The company also intends to begin developments in Avon, Ohio and Illinois by the end of the year.
