The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs has awarded more than more than $130,000 to four Indiana communities. The funding will help support downtown revitalization and utility planning in the areas.

 

Buttigieg Schedules State of The City

South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg has announced plans for his state of the city address. The address is set for later this month at LaSalle Intermediate Academy.

 

Indiana Reports Revenue Decrease

Indiana's revenues for January were more than $21 million below target and nearly $2 million less than the same period last year. The Indiana State Budget Agency says individual income tax revenue increased nearly 7 percent compared to the same eight-month period one year earlier.

 

500 Festival Planning Special Races For Troops

Indianapolis-based the 500 Festival is planning to organize two "remote" versions of its mini-marathon for troops serving overseas. Organizers expect nearly 600 members of the armed forces to run in the Kuwait and Afghanistan races.

 

IPFW to Host 'Reverse Career Fair'

Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne plans to let students advertise themselves to employers through a "reverse career fair." Select IPFW students will set up booths for companies to visit at this month's event.
