The Powerball jackpot has hit $360 million due to the large amount of tickets being purchased across the nation. Lottery officials decided to raise the jackpot from $350 million after observing increasing sales.

While the odds of winning the Hoosier Lotto are 1 in 12,271,512, Hoosier Lottery officials cite Indiana as a jackpot hot spot.

According to officials, 38 jackpot-winning tickets have been sold in the state — more than any other place in the nation.
