INDIANAPOLIS | The Indiana Chamber of Commerce will host a seminar this monthto help Hoosier businesses prepare for health care reform rules and regulations.

"Health Care Reform: Employer Obligations and Opportunities Under the Final Employer Penalty Regulations," will take place from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. April 16 at the Indiana Chamber Conference Center, 115 W. Washington St., Suite 850S, in downtown Indianapolis.

Topics will include an overview of the Affordable Care Act; determination of “large employer” status; an outline of the potential employer penalties; special considerations for part-time, variable hour and seasonal employees; and tools for employers to understand the coordination of plans and the marketplace, with a cost benefit analysis.

The fee is $199 for Indiana Chamber members and $229 for non-members. Group discounts are available.
