GARY | John Dickerson, executive director of The Arc of Indiana, will speak at the Gary Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon at noon Sept. 13 at the The Buffet & Grill, 411 E. 5th Ave.
Dickenson will speak about the initiative to reform programs and services for people with developmental disabilities. During these difficult economic times, the Building Pathways to Empowerment campaign's goal is to redesign and redefine the system to one that provides what people want and need in the most sensible way possible.
