WEST LAFAYETTE | Researchers from educational institutions, entrepreneurs, inventors and the general public can learn methods of protecting their intellectual property during a free seminar Dec. 3 at the Purdue Research Park of West Lafayette.

T.J. Cole from Ice Miller LLP will speak during America Invents Act and You from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Herman and Heddy Kurz Purdue Technology Center, 1281 Win Hentschel Blvd., West Lafayette. It is hosted by the Purdue Office of Technology Commercialization.

Cole is a registered patent attorney with a broad-based intellectual property practice.

To RSVP for the seminar, contact Sally Ross at by Nov. 28. Lunch is included. The seminar could be broadcast to other technology centers in the Purdue Research Park network, including the one in Merrillville if interest is expressed.
