State reaches settlement with CVS

The state has settled a $1.95 million lawsuit with CVS Caremark Corp. after two of its pharmacists were dispensing prescription

drugs for several years with expired licenses. As part of the settlement, CVS has also agreed to implement several consumer protections.

Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says the money will be used to reimburse the Indiana Medicaid program.
