Citizens Financial Bank has added two senior personal bankers to its retail team to focus on residential and consumer loans. Yolanda Argandona, with 30 years banking experience, will cover the East Chicago, Hammond, Harvey, Hegewisch, and South Holland markets. Pat Kugler, with 26 years banking experience, will cover the Crown Point, Merrillville, Schererville and Valparaiso markets.
