SCHERERVILLE | The Gary Project will be the topic of the next monthly meeting of the Lake County Advancement Committee at noon Friday at Teibel’s Restaurant, U.S. 30 and 41.
Kristi DeLaurentiis, manager of local government and communications for the Chicagoland area for the Metropolitan Planning Council, will present “The Gary Project – Metropolitan Planning Council’s Role.”
Cost is $20 per person and will be collected at the door. Only cash and checks will be accepted.
