PORTAGE | DRD LLC has acquired the computer technology firm, Anything and Everything PC, of Chesterton.
"I have known principals Sam Anello and Mike Acsbok for several years. Their training, experience, professional integrity and commitment to quality made it apparent that this acquisition made sense for DRD, and our growing customer base," said Ron Bush, president and CEO.
DRD is a business-to-business service company that offers information management services. It provides retrieval of original paper and electronic documents and duplication of original paper documents and services for businesses and individuals.
Sam Anello is a Microsoft-certified, desktop support technician, systems engineer and systems administrator. His and Acsbok's training and experience will allow DRD to offer customers a complete information management solution, Bush said, adding, "Document management and security, as evidenced by recent court rulings and government regulations, are important issues in any business today."
DRD's growth prompted its move to larger facilities in Portage in 2004, from which the company serves clients in southwest Michigan, northern and central Indiana, and the Chicago.
