Best of the Northwest expo set for Thursday

CROWN POINT | The Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the 2011 Best of the Northwest Regional Expo on Thursday at SS. Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Church, 9660 Broadway

The expo will be open for business to-business networking from 2 to 4 p.m. and then be open to the public from 4 to 6 p.m. There will be business and consumer seminars.

The two business seminars will be presented from 2 to 2:30 p.m. by Julie Olthoff of Via Marketing Inc. and from 2:45 to 3:15 p..m by Larry Galler of Larry Galler & Associates.

The first consumer seminar will be a financial panel presentation from 4 to 4:30 pm by Andrew Kyres, of First Financial Bank, and Matt Evans, of Legacy Advisors Wealth Management. The second consumer seminar, from 4:45 to 5:15 p.m., will be a fitness panel presentation featuring Angela Ramos, of Inspiration Fitness Camp; TJ Lux, of dlux Evolutionary Personal Training; and Joe Despoy, of GNC.

Admission is $5 and all proceeds benefit the NWI Food Bank.
