Leadership Northwest Indiana recently welcomed five new board members to round out its 18 member board.

The new members are Thomas Stevens, director of internal communications at NIPSCO; Kris Falzone, president of Comunicato Strategic Consulting; Donna Golob, executive director of A Positive Approach to Teen Health; Michael Tolbert, Partner, Hoeppner Wagner & Evans; and Cynthia Roberts, dean, College of Business & Leadership, Purdue University North Central,

All five new members are graduates of the LNI Program. Their terms will begin in July.

The organization, which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, is in a period of growth and transition. As of June, the corporate entity Leadership Northwest Indiana Inc. will transition to the South Shore Leadership Center Inc.

In June, the LNI program will become a program of the South Shore Leadership Center. In addition to LNI, the South Shore Leadership Center will encompass South Shore Leadership Youth for Community Engagement.
