DYER | CardioSpecialists Group and Midwest Arrhythmia Consultants, a comprehensive cardiology group practice, has signed a 10-year lease to work out of a medical pavilion on the campus of Franciscan St. Margaret Health hospital in Dyer.

The business will open in a 6,800-square-foot space in Suite 400 of the three-story Medical Pavilion South building at 2150 Gettler St., said Amanda Watson, marketing director for Holladay Properties.

Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management for the 63,486-square-foot medical office building, which is owned by an investment group led by the Holladay office in Portage.

Design and construction work for CardioSpecialists Group will begin in May and should be finished and ready for occupancy in August, Watson said.

CardioSpecialists Group has four locations in Northwest Indiana, the southwest suburbs of Chicago and in Kankakee, Ill.

It is expanding into Dyer to accommodate its growing practice.
