The corporate parent of Citizens Financial Bank declared a quarterly dividend of a penny per share payable Jan. 25.
The dividend for Munster-based CFS Bancorp Inc. shareholders as of Jan. 4 was unchanged from the previous quarter.
Citizens Financial Bank is a $1.1 billion-asset federal savings bank with offices in Northwest Indiana and Chicago's south suburbs.
