PORTAGE | Graycor has completed and begun moving into its new facilities at the AmeriPlex at the Port.

The facility will provide management and monitoring systems for heavy industrial operations and industrial maintenance services for Graycor subsidiaries Graycor Industrial Constructors Inc. and Graycor Blasting Company Inc. The new center also houses state-of-the-art fabrication and equipment servicing capabilities, a news release states.

"The Northwest Indiana operation center's proximity to key resources and business partners will allow us to make significant improvements in service and efficiency for customers in the region and beyond," said Tom Muchesko, senior vice president, in a statement.

Graycor provides a variety of industrial and commercial construction and has worked on projects for local steel mills, power plants and process facilities.
