His topic will be “Pay if Paid Clauses - Their impact on bond claims for contractors and subcontractors.” The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, at the Merrillville office of Hoeppner Wagner and Evans located on the sixth floor of the South Tower, Twin Towers, 1000 East 80th Place.
