INDIANAPOLIS | A new version of the popular “Employment Law Handbook” is now available from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

The updated edition covers new laws passed since the previous edition of the handbook, including the National Labor Relations Board’s recent decision regarding “at-will” disclaimers in employee handbooks; information about Indiana’s recently enacted background check laws; legal requirements for defined benefit plans; the status of the Affordable Care Act; the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn parts of the Defense of Marriage Act; and an up-to-date discussion about the status of the law on workplace harassment and bullying.

Cost is $111.75 for Indiana Chamber-members; $149 for non-members. An electronic version is also available for $99. The new edition will ship in November.
