Tthe seminar will cover a range of wage- and hour-related topics, including the employee versus independent contractor classifications, preventing off-the-clock claims, equal pay and child labor laws, coverage and exemptions, calculation of overtime, vacation pay and more.

Lunch is provided and cost is $299 for Indiana Chamber members and $329 for non-members. Group discounts are available. The seminar is good for one credit toward the completion of the Human Resource Specialist Certificate and HRCI credit is pending.
