LaPorte firm casts net for innovation assistance

Aero Metals President and CEO Robert Stowell holds a ceramic mold "tree" for a part the facility is producing. The LaPorte company manufactures high quality metal parts through a process called investment casting. The company will help lead a Chesterton/Duneland Chamber of Commerce seminar Thursday to let companies know about the funding opportunities a federal program provides for improvement projects.
