MERRILLVILLE | Law firm Krieg DeVault has relocated to 8001 Broadway, Suite 400, in Merrillville.

Coinciding with the relocation, partner J. Brian Hittinger has been named executive partner of the firm’s Northwest Indiana office. He leads a team 12 twelve attorneys and paralegals. Hittinger joined Krieg DeVault in 2008 as partner, and focuses his practice in the areas of business, commercial and real estate lending, probate, tax and estate planning.

“I am pleased to be named Executive Partner of our Northwest Indiana office,” said Brian Hittinger. “Our commitment to great client service is our central focus. We have been able to grow with our clients and expand into new industries.”

Krieg DeVault and its predecessor firm have been in business in Northwest Indiana since 1924. The company has experienced significant growth in the legal areas of health care, business, creditors’ rights, employment law, litigation, real estate, construction law, probate and estate planning, according to a news release.
