LANSING | Loubie’s Pancake House opened in at 17601 Torrence Ave.
Business owner Soula Litos was joined by Village officials during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 3.
The new restaurant, the second location for Loubie’s, is located at the southeast corner of Interstate 80/94 and Torrence Avenue. Loubie’s is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Loubie’s owners also own and operate five Round the Clock restaurants in northwest Indiana and the Chicago region as well as the original Loubie’s is in Hammond.
“We’re happy to finally be open in Lansing. The steady flow of patrons to our restaurant and the level of support from area residents are amazing,” said Loubie’s owner Soula Litos. “We’re excited to become part of Lansing’s active and growing business community.”
Lansing Planning and Development Director Kristi DeLaurentiis says the restaurant brings 65 new jobs to Lansing.
