MERRILLVILLE | Tracy Dross, general manager of the Red Lobster in Merrillville at 1450 E. 82nd Ave, has accepted the company’s “Team Excellence Award." Presented annually, this award recognizes the teamwork and commitment required to achieve an excellent overall guest experience.

With a team of more than 85 members, the Merrillville restaurant was recognized for a variety of factors, including overall guest satisfaction with the Red Lobster dining experience.

“Tracy and her team live Red Lobster’s core values, specifically focusing on Teamwork – which is evident in their commitment to guest satisfaction,” said Paul Vasquez, regional vice president for Red Lobster. “They have played a key role in helping make the Merrillville Red Lobster be a restaurant where guests can count on receiving a delicious meal and warm, friendly service.”

The Merrillville Red Lobster is one of 12 out of more than 700 Red Lobster locations selected to receive the award this year. For more information,  visit
