INDIANAPOLIS | Michigan City-based Integrative Flavors has been named by the state's commerce agency as one of 33 Companies to Watch, an Indiana small business that stands out from its peers.

The company is a producer of gourmet-quality foundation flavor, soup bases and flavor concentrates.

"With the spark of a great idea, the ingenuity to develop solutions and the determination to achieve greatness, these companies demonstrate what it takes to stand out in the marketplace," said Eric Doden, president of the Indiana Economic Development Corp.

The accolade recognizes the state's privately held businesses that employ six to 150 full-time employees and have between $750,000 to $100 million in annual revenue or capital.

The 33 companies  will be honored at an Aug. 22 ceremony in Indianapolis. For more information, visit www.inctw.org or call (888) 472-3244.
