SCHERERVILLE | Plaza 833, a 115,443-square-foot office building at the southwest corner of U.S. 30 and U.S. 41, is being renovated.
Fitzgerald Earles Architects and Associates is overseeing the design and construction planning for the four-story, multi-tenant building, according to the company.
The property was recently bought by an investment group headed by LM Commercial Real Estate of Clarendon Hills, Ill., who are looking to reposition the building in the marketplace.
The project will include significant updates to the building entryway, lobby, atrium, corridors, lower level conference room, mailroom and elevator areas. The building ownership also is evaluating adding a new fitness center for the lower level and a deli to enhance the level of amenities offered to building tenants.
FEAA is based in Chicago and also has an office located within the Plaza 833 building.
