Peoples Bank parent company maintains dividend

The corporate parent of Peoples Bank declared a dividend of 19 cents per share.

Munster-based NorthWest Indiana Bancorp will pay the dividend Jan. 4 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 28. The dividend was not changed from the previous quarter.

NorthWest Indiana Bancorp stock is traded on the over-the-counter bulletin board under the symbol NWIN.

Peoples Bank, which has about $678.6 million in assets, has offices in Crown Point, Dyer, East Chicago, Gary, Hammond, Hobart, Merrillville, Munster, St. John, Schererville and Valparaiso.
