PUC offering continuing education course for engineers

HAMMOND | Feb. 10 is the deadline for professional engineers to register for the continuing education course, Professional Engineering Law and Ethics, scheduled from 1 pm to 4 pm Feb. 16 at Purdue University Calumet.

The three–credit course, first in a series of continuing education offerings in response to Indiana State Board of Professional Engineers requirements, includes case discussions of real-life situations. Instructing are Purdue Calumet Chancellor Emeritus Howard Cohen and real estate advisor David Ranich.

The course fee is $200, including materials.
