MERRILLVILLE | The Northwest Indiana Small Business Development Center is teaming with Anna Sheets of Accounting Made Simple for a two-part event on QuickBooks essentials.
The workshops are from 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 16 and 23 at the Purdue University Calumet Academic Learning Center, 9900 Connecticut Drive, in Room 221.
The workshops will outline core bookkeeping functions including an accounting primer, getting started, navigating QuickBooks, managing lists, working with bank accounts, recording sales, receiving payments, making deposits and entering and paying bills.
