SOUTH HAVEN | A South Haven apartment complex has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED, certification.

The Woda Group Inc., a regional housing developer based in Westerville, Ohio, announced last week the complex, the former Glen Cove Apartments, has been renovated and includes sustainable design features and practices including eco-friendly construction materials, energy efficient heating and cooling, programmable thermostats, low-flow water fixtures and toilets, and drought-tolerant landscaping among other features.
