A wealth management firm has leased the last remaining space in an office building in a Chesterton business park.
Lakeside Wealth Management finalized a lease at the Village Point Professional Office Building with Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate, and will relocate its existing Chesterton office at 407 West Indiana Ave. The firm, which provides a range of financial services, will occupy 13,800 square feet of space in the 31,210-square-foot building at 3100 Village Point Road.
The Village Point Professional Office Building, which was developed in 2007, is now fully occupied. It is located in the 120-acre Coffee Creek Campus, a pedestrian-oriented business community that includes parks, an open-air pavilion and miles of brick-paved walking paths.
HSA Commercial Real Estate executive vice president Robert Titzer and CB Richard Ellis Senior Associate Broker Jay Pouzer represented the owners in the transaction.
