MERRILLVILLE | The Northwest ISBDC is offering a W2 and 1099 workshop from 8:30 a.m. to noon Jan. 12 at the Purdue University Calumet Academic Learning Center, 9900 Connecticut Drive.
The event will focus on year-end payroll reporting and will provide business owners tips to verify their work and boost confidence before filing with government agencies.
Topics include verifying payroll totals, prepping printers, processing W2 forms and copies, state and federal form checklist, verifying vendor data for reporting and processing 1099-Misc forms and copies.
