As the dark clouds of the automotive economy part, Team Chevrolet stands proudly in the rays of a bright future that promises to exceed customer expectations.

“The economy impacted our business for both sales and service,” says Dan Brubaker, General Manager of Team Chevrolet. “However, customer service was always a priority. Our mission statement is ‘Exceeding Guests’ Expectations!’” They remodeled their dealership with the customer in mind, creating three waiting areas, a WiFi Internet Bar and a coffee bar with seasonal blend coffee.

But exceptional service is just the beginning. Dan says, “This year Chevrolet is launching 13 new vehicles.” The launch will include new models like the fuel efficient Spark. “It’s an exciting time to be a Chevrolet Dealer,” Dan says.

Team Chevrolet spreads that excitement to the customer. In addition to the new vehicles Chevrolet is launching, they’ve stepped up to the plate with unparalleled service. Dan says, “We installed a car wash three and a half years ago for our guests and the public.” Team Chevrolet extends a 30-day car wash ticket to their guests with every repair order, and new vehicle buyers get 20 car washes they can use at their leisure. “We’re creating a relationship with our guests,” Dan says. “We created an environment that’s warm and inviting, a place our guests will tell their friends and family about.” A place, Dan adds, that will inspire more business.

With hot sellers like the Chevrolet Cruze, the Malibu, Equinox and Silverado, it’s no wonder Team Chevrolet has been enjoying a break in the cloudy economy. “The small car market is on the rise and continuing to grow,” Dan says. “We now have the Spark and Sonic in these entry levels of the sub compact car.” Team Chevrolet expects to see a boost in sales as the new models, and their accompanying incentives, reach a revitalized car-buying public.

Team Chevrolet is extending some great incentives to their customers already. According to Dan, “The current incentives are the best that we have seen in a long time. Leasing is back and our lenders are offering ‘Sign and Drive’ leases with no money down and low monthly payments.” It’s definitely a great time to be a Chevrolet Dealer, and a Chevrolet customer!
