Webb Hyundai of Highland was recently recognized for achieving the highest customer service satisfaction index rating for the fourth quarter of 2013 in the company’s Central Region that stretches from Northwest Indiana through Illinois and into Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The dealership took possession of a traveling banner that’s currently on display in the service department lounge. General Manager Brian Webb and Service Manager Ernie Hack agree that the honor is the result of a group effort that includes everyone at Webb Hyundai. “All of us, from our prep team and technicians to our service advisors and parts counter people, enjoy taking care of our guests,” Webb said.
“Our goal is to give our service department guests a reason to return,” said Hack. “We’ve rearranged the service area for our guest’s convenience. “We have 40 to 50 vehicles in here for services every day. Doing the job right and making the experience comfortable for every guest is top priority,” Hack added.
Webb Hyundai service department hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sales hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.
