Mad About Mysteries: Medieval Mysteries
Join Sue Helm for the January sessions of Mad About Mysteries at the Westchester Township History Museum.
The Medieval era was subdivided into three parts: the Early, High and Late Middle Ages. A relatively recent addition to the mystery genre, medieval mysteries generally take place between 500 and 1500 AD and fill the spectrum of mystery sub-categories like cozies, police procedurals, and hard-boiled detective novels. Authors like Ellis Peters, Susanna Gregory, and Alys Clare will be discussed.
