S.T.E.M. Club: Oil and Vinegar
Oil and vinegar do mix...when you have an emulsifier! An emulsifier helps fat dissolve in water, which helps keeps your cookies, butter and ice cream soft. Learn all about emulsifiers with this fascinating science project. Sign-up is appreciated, but not required. Students may drop in. This free event is for students in grades 1-5. S.T.E.M. stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
