Visiting Nurse Association of Porter County will present "Diabetes," an informational program to provide attendees with an increased knowledge of how diabetes can affect their lives. The importance of a healthy lifestyle and seeking healthcare assistance when appropriate will be emphasized as it relates to diabetes.
